MY ROLE

I've partnered with UX Researcher, Product Owner and developers to redesign experiences of HR practitioners to identify top talent.

USER INTERVIEWS

We have conducted User interviews who have used the existing WFN application and gathered insights on the underlying problems.

DESIGN SPRINT

I have conducted a design sprint (which includes design thinking, innovation, creative problem solving and business strategy) working alongside HR partners,  designers, product owners and developers to solve and validate design problems. 

The participatory design helped us analyze the data gathered and create scenarios and present it to the stakeholders. I also moderated an empathy mapping session to capture the data on what the users expect, feel, say and hear about the application.

Candidate profile has all the information that will be helpful during the evaluation process. During the user research sessions with the HR managers, I consolidated several insights from the participants that helped me to design the right interface.  These designs very well accommodated the features like profile ranking, interview scheduling and communication channel with other HRs which made the user’s job easy. Profile ranking significantly helped the HR teams to find the right talent by completely eliminating the profile analysis manually. In addition, HRs can schedule interviews and track the ongoing interviews while collecting feedback from the interviewers.
